This project was a Tenant Improvement of an existing space in Grandview Corners. This unique gym concept required a lot of thinking outside to box to bring to life. I worked with Monarc from initial site visit to create a design concept that we felt aligned with the clients marketing goals. We worked with the client on programming to coordinated with all equipment and desired function and flow of the space. I sourced finishes, fixtures and materials as well as developed the design alongside Monarc for client presentation. Following design approval I translated the design into working drawings for permit application, tender and construction including consultant and client coordination. Working closely with the client I helped develop millwork details that suited their needs. During construction I was involved in all contract administration work through to completion.
