Tenant improvement of a brand new shell space in Latimer Village. My role on this project was taking the vision of Monarc’s lead designer, developing the concept, executing drawings for permit, tender and construction including consultant and client coordination as well as assisting with value engineering. I followed the project through contract administration to completion.
